Verizon introduces the BlackBerry Bold 9650

We knew it was coming, but now it's official. Verizon Wireless today announced that the RIM BlackBerry Bold 9650 would be avaliable for purchasing on-line starting tomorrow June 3rd, and will have an in-store date of June 10th. Features of the BlackBerry Bold 9650 include a 2.45" 480x360 pixel resolution display, 3.2MP camera with LED flash, optical trackpad, QWERTY keyboard, push-to-talk capable, 3.5mm headset jack, Bluetooth 2.1, 512MB Flash memory, and comes comes with a 2GB microSD card pre installed (up to 16GB supported). The BlackBerry Bold 9650 is a global device that can use dual-band CDMA/EVDO Rev A, quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM, and UMTS/HSPA. It features a new GlobalAccess Connect for use as a data modem with a notebook PC, and has VZ Navigator with global capabilities while driving in 20 countries. Pricing of the BlackBerry Bold 9650 for Verizon is $149.99 after a $100 rebate with a 2-year contract. As you may recall, Sprint has already introduced their BlackBerry Bold 9650 a few weeks ago, but it is selling for $199.99 after rebate.
