The Sony Xperia S certainly grabbed a lot of attention at the CES in Las Vegas. It is easy to see why with its sleek, sexy design and the unique translucent area below the screen where the traditional capacitive Android buttons are located. Thanks to a recent visit to the FCC by the Sony Xperia S, there is now hope that the latter device will be joining the Sony Xperia ion at AT&T. Revealed within those numerous pages in the FCC report is that the Xperia S will come with support for AT&T's 3G bands. Also on the device is support for Bluetooth 2.0, NFC, WiFi b/g/n, GPS and ANT+.Just because the Sony Xperia S supports AT&T's 3G bands doesn't mean that it will definitely be joining the carrier's Android lineup. But it does mean that AT&T customers can import the model to the States (paying the off-contract, of course).
