Powered by an okay (but not great) octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor, the Motorola Moto E6 Plus has two variants with a couple of different specs: one with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space, and another one with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage space. Aside from that, there are no differences between these two variants.
On the back of the E6 Plus there's a dual camera (13 MP + 2 MP depth sensor for blurred backgrounds), while the front hosts an 8 MP selfie camera. Other features include a fingerprint scanner, face unlock, a standard 3.5mm audio jack, and a 3000 mAh battery. The smartphone will run Android 9 Pie out of the box, but we hope Motorola is considering updating it to Android 10 (released by Google earlier this week). While the Moto E6 Plus has four color versions - Bright Cherry, Caribbean Blue, Rich Cranberry, and Polished Graphite - their exact availability depends on the market. The new phone can be bought as of today in Latin America and will be released in select European countries later in September, for prices starting at €139. At the moment, it's unclear if Motorola intends to launch the E6 Plus in the US. If the handset arrives stateside, it should cost around $140 unlocked.
