Impressed with the Droid Mini

Phone owned for less than a month

Perhaps the Mini can't be classified as a great phone, but it's certainly a perfectly good phone. Call quality is far superior to my very old & tired Droid 4 - which lasted me nearly 5 years. The Mini shares many of the same hardware specs as its larger siblings, the Droid Ultra and the Droid Maxx - only at smaller dimensions. This appealed to me, as I personally have no interest in carrying a pocket tablet. Battery life has been a point of contention in numerous reviews, but I'm a light user (facebook, weather apps, occasional internet searches, a few pics here & there) so the 2,000 mAh battery is more than sufficient to get me through the day. The 10 megapixel camera is good, but there aren't many options in the stock software. There are plenty of apps out there to resolve that problem. All in all, I'm very happy with my Motorola Droid Mini.
