Apple iPhone 7 & 7 Plus

Earlier today, a rather sketchy report suggested Apple was preparing a mid-March hardware event that would precede the release of a variety of products. According to Buzzfeed, though, this isn’t the case.
Revealed in their latest report, it seems the Silicon Valley-based firm is actually preparing a subscription-focused event that will see Apple launch at least one new service.
Sources familiar with the matter have suggested that the primary focus will be the company’s long-rumored news subscription service. Previous reports have stated that it will be priced at $10 per month and will give Apple customers access to content from a variety of news outlets. However, some big names could be missing due to Apple’s agreement terms – the company allegedly hopes to keep 50% of all revenue.
There was no mention of Apple’s highly anticipated video streaming service but previous reports have pointed towards a launch in April. If true, an announcement at an Apple event in March seems extremely likely.
As to when the iPhone giant’s event will be held, Buzzfeed points towards Monday, March 25th at the Steve Jobs Theater. It also states that no hardware is to be expected. This means Apple’s new iPad & iPad Mini, AirPower charging mat, and second-gen AirPods probably won’t make an appearance.
